MEALS
Three meals a day are included when we are in retreat in both Parping and Maratika, but only breakfast and lunch are included during our days in Baudhanath.

Lama Glenn feels that this is the best policy because of the dozens of boutique restaurants and cafes in the Baudha area, many of which do not have seating for large groups.

Dress
During May Nepal is considered the best and most mild weather. However at times it can be cold so please have a light jacket, preferably with a hood, since it can rain.

Flags- Lungta
Every year we offer the Tibetan prayer flag, Lungta.
There are 28 flags per roll.  Usually takes 7 rolls to make a one long line from one pole to another.

If you want to have your wish printed out on cloth and hemm it to the flags and hang it Maratika or at Boudhanath, it will be $80 per roll.  This includes Rabne, an empowering ceremony for the flags to enliven all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Dharmapalas, along with printing on cloth, hemming and hanging them.

If you just one one flag, it will be $5.
Per roll (28 flags) will be $80
7 rolls will be $500 (In Boudhanath and in Maratika, it takes 7 rolls for the whole length from one pole to another or top of the Boudhanath to the ground)

You must send your wishes for the flag. You can have the same one wish for the whole role or separate wishes for each flag.

We ask that you send the wishes at the time of ordering the flag.  We have to have it printed in colorfest cloth and need the to do this.

Yamāntaka[a] or Vajrabhairava[b] is the "destroyer of death" deity of Vajrayana Buddhism.[1] Sometimes he is conceptualized as "conqueror of the lord of death".[2] Of the several deities in the Buddhist pantheon named Yamāntaka, the most well known belongs to the Anuttarayoga class of tantra of deities popular within the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism.

If interested please contact us at this email address and all the details will be sent to you. Due to limited space, THERE WILL BE 45 PEOPLE LIMIT
