MEALS
Three meals a day are included when we are in retreat in both Parping and Maratika, but only breakfast and lunch are included during our days in Baudhanath.

Lama Glenn feels that this is the best policy because of the dozens of boutique restaurants and cafes in the Baudha area, many of which do not have seating for large groups.

Flag & Smoke offering
For the people who are on the retreat and people at home, you can order the flag to be hung on the Maratika, Manjushri cave area. It is just right across from the cave where we will go up there and do the ceremony and have people hang it while we are there. As displayed on photo below, we print out the bottom portion with your wishes, and while staying in the Boudha area we have them hemmed and put up with the ceremony.

If you just want for us to make offerings wherever we go no set amount but you can designate a place to offer. Please send fees to the Korean account please. If you like you can send it with your retreat fee together with the fee to the Korean account.

The Six Yogas of Naropa

The Six Dharmas of Nāropa (Wylie: na ro'i chos drug, Skt. ṣaḍdharma, "Naro's six doctrines" or "six teachings") are a set of advanced Tibetan Buddhist tantric practices compiled by the Indian mahasiddhas Tilopa and Nāropa (1016–1100 CE) and passed on to the Tibetan translator-yogi Marpa Lotsawa (c. 1012).[1]

The Six Yogas of Naropa is a very skillful, effective, and profound highest yoga completion stage practice. Through consistent tantric application, a diligent practitioner will achieve insight into their deepest nature of mind—the fully awakened state. By working with the innate subtle body’s energy system: lung, drops, chakras and channels et cetera a practitioner will become adept at opening to their inherent and primordial bliss emptiness.

If interested please contact us at this email address and all the details will be sent to you. Due to limited space, THERE WILL BE 45 PEOPLE LIMIT
